Exhibit Information

This year’s Expo will be showcased in the Tuscany Ballroom, which is conveniently located next to our Technical Session rooms.  The expo hall will also host our Industry Posters, an Education Space, the Student Lounge & Trivia Bar, Lunches and two Receptions – all to provide our exhibitors with a steady flow of booth traffic and ample networking opportunities.  

Booth Information

Each 10'x10' booth includes an 8' high white back drape, 3' high white side dividers and the following:

  • 1 - 6' table skirted white
  • 2 - Limerick Chairs by Herman Miller
  • 1 - 7"x44" one -line identification sign
  • 3 Complimentary Conference passes (entry into technical sessions, expo & lunches)
  • 3 Expo-Only Guest Passes (entry into expo only, does NOT include lunches or technical sessions)

Each Table Top space includes:

  • 1 - 6' table skirted white

* These special exhibit fees are available per 10’x10’ booth space to only non-profit organizations, government agencies, national laboratories and universities. GRC reserves the right to request proof of non-profit status from potential exhibitors prior to issuing space confirmation.

** $2 per square foot fee for End Caps or Island Exhibits. Applies in addition to the basic exhibit price. End cap: An exhibit space with aisles on three sides. Island Exhibit: A display with aisles on four sides.
