FREEMAN is our official exhibitor service contractor for the GRC Expo and a one stop-shop for all your booth needs! Please download the Exhibitor Services Kit containing information on furnishing, electrical service, shipping and freight handling, storage arrangements and other services. To prevent custom problems ANY FOREIGN shipments should be coordinated with Exhibitor Services Company.
Registering your Booth Staff
Directions on registering your booth staff and securing guest passes will be posted shortly.
Each 10’x10’ exhibit booth includes 3 Complimentary Conference passes for booth staff. This includes entry into technical sessions, expo and lunches along with 3 Expo only Guest Passes. Guest Passes are for entry into expo only, they do NOT include lunches or technical sessions.
Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) - please download and sign the EAC form ONLY if using a different contractor than Freeman (optional). Upload or email the form to Dana Groves email@example.com Form must be received by September 4, 2020.
This show adheres to the IAEE Rules and Regulations for booth display and setup. Please make sure your booth display, equipment, stands, etc. are in compliance.

If you would like to serve any food or beverages from your booth, please contact Debbie Cotter, Peppermill Catering & Events Manager. Please note there will be two receptions held inside the Expo hall during the conference: Opening Reception on Sunday, October 18th from 6pm - 8pm and the Networking & Poster Reception on Tuesday, October 20th from 4pm - 6pm.

Sat., October 17, 2020 Exhibit Set-up: 12 pm – 6:00 pm
Sun., October 18, 2020 Exhibit Set-up: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Wed., October 21, 2020 Dismantling: 2pm to 5:00 pm

April 30, 2020 Early Bird Booth prices expire
June 1, 2020 Exhibitor Kit available
July 31, 2020 Final payment for the booth due for those who pay only a deposit
September 4, 2020 Last day for Booth Cancellation with refund
September 4, 2020 Exhibitor appointed contractor (EAC) form due - if using a contractor other than Freeman
September 4, 2020 A copy of your Certificate of Insurance verifying coverage is due
September 14, 2020 Peppermill Room Block cut off - reserve your room ASAP!
September 30, 2020 Names of booth staff and guest must be submitted
October 17, 2020 Exhibitor set up starts at 12 PM
Should the Exhibitor be unable to occupy and use the contracted exhibit space, the Exhibitor shall notify the GRC in writing. A refund of the total exhibit fees due less a service charge of 25% will be made for cancellations received on or before June 1, 2020. If any cancellations are received between June 1, 2020 and September 4, 2020 a refund of total exhibit fees less a service charge of 75% will be received. No refunds will be made for space cancellations received after September 4, 2020.
